David Saul (Chairman)

Founder of the company and chairman of the Board, David Saul established Opality through his close connections with London based IT Energy. Having been one of the directors instrumental in starting up TelePassport, a communications company which later grew to become the now listed, Huge Group. David pursued his passion for collaboration in the communication industry and when he resigned his position as Sales Director with Huge Telecom in 2007, decided to start Opality with several like-minded people he had selected as his business partners for this exciting new venture.

Brad Rouhana (Sales Director)

Is completely hands on in his day to day focus as Sales Director. He takes an immense interest in the important role of customer care ensuring that our most prized assets remain loyal. He constantly ensures our clients have the best solution backed up by the best service and is the epitome of what Opality stands for.

James Burton (Marketing Director)

James Burton offers invaluable expertise in both running and growing a new business as well as being a marketing and advertising guru. James has been a founder and grown many a successful start-up, including Hero, Fuse, Genisys and Rocketseed.

Lydia Siloka (HR Director/Non-executive)

Having worked with David Saul at TelePassport from 2000 to 2007, with the last 4 years there in the capacity of National HR Manager, Lydia Siloka’s passion for people and human resources as a discipline render her the ideal candidate for the role of HR Director.
